Yes. Every new Kiddycare account gets one free 15-minute video consultation with a board-certified pediatrician. No credit card required to sign up. After your first consultation, you can choose to pay per-consultation (₦3,500) or subscribe to a monthly plan.
Absolutely. There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
If you subscribe to the Family or Premium plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, we will refund your full subscription payment — no questions asked. Simply contact our support team via the app or email refunds@kiddycare.ng.
The Family plan supports up to 3 child profiles. The Premium plan supports up to 5 child profiles. The Basic (free) tier supports 1 child profile. Each child gets their own health records, growth chart, and vaccination schedule.
No. The subscription price is all-inclusive for consultations within your plan. Lab test fees are charged separately per test (with your plan discount applied). Medicine costs are charged at pharmacy price — only the ₦500 delivery fee is waived on Family and Premium plans.
Yes. You can upgrade immediately (difference is prorated for the current month) or downgrade at the end of your current billing period. Plan changes are managed instantly from your account settings.
